The Architectural Solution

Architected an event-driven microservices hub with secure MQTT message brokers, WebSocket telemetry streams, and automated webhooks. Enterprise Perimeter Lockdown — Zero Open Inbound Ports

The Challenge

Protecting sensitive internal services, databases, staging environments, and admin portals from brute-force scanning and credential stuffing without the friction and latency of traditional VPNs.

The Architectural Solution

Implemented Cloudflare Zero Trust (ZTNA) with outbound-only Cloudflare Tunnels (cloudflared). Configured identity-aware access policies (SSO + MFA), Web Application Firewall (WAF) rate limits, and private subnet routing, completely closing all inbound public firewall ports.
