Laqta Commerce Operations

Laqta was a gift card sales operation in Tunisia, and it shaped a lot of my production mindset. The work covered development, customer support, fulfillment, finance, marketing campaigns, API integrations, data handling, and migration concerns.

The main lesson was that commerce reliability is not only code. It is transaction speed, accurate records, recovery paths, support workflows, and the ability to fix problems without breaking customer trust.
